McDaniel has been actively engaged in real estate sales since 2002 in Panama City Beach, Florida and covers territories from Port St. Joe to Navarre, Florida. McDaniel currently holds an Alabama Certified General Real Property Appraiser license G01047, Florida State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license RZ3503 and a Florida real estate salesperson license.

McDaniel has preformed appraisals on retail and commercial properties, apartment complexes, office properties, industrial plants, farms, multi-family residential properties, subdivisions, estates, churches, and other special use properties. McDaniel has also performed residential appraisals in North Alabama.
